SAPPHIRE CONSULTING SERVICES has interview panel in all SAP skills.All potential resumes after screening from HR department is sent to our technical panel.HR department does the screening of the candidates based on the project specification or other details sent by the client.We have a system in place to ensure that our clients needs are met meticulously.
HR Interview:
HR department processes the profiles shortlisted from the technical interview and we check on the following attributes before sending the profile to the client.

- Attitude
- Behavior
- Motivation levels
- Leadership
- Project commitment
- Initiativeness
Reference Check:
We do two reference checks for all the shortlisted profiles on the project the candidate has worked on so that we send the right profile to our clients.
Profile to the client:
